Questions:
How will you bring new and creative event ideas to the server?:
By not replaying the same events, using most of the available resources, asking players on their ideal event (like going around just killing, mobile defense missions, defend the target, stealth, search and destroy, etc)

Why should we consider you for a position on our event master team?
If the theories to my events became a reality it would help the server from a players point of view and staff in the sense they don’t have to worry about events so they can focus on other situations

What makes you different to other candidates?
Reading the event feedback log I can see that the event masters only predicted one outcome of the event instead of having a few options towards the event, have two options an outcome where everything is successful and another outcome were everything isn’t successful, or have a backup where half of the mission was successful and the other half resulted in failure (like only 77% of the data has been extracted then the enemy blew up the machine)

Are you familiar with Gmod's wide range of NPC tools?:
Yes, but need to refresh myself because im not too sure what this server use and don’t use

How confident are you in providing briefings, debriefings, and in ensuring you're able to direct players throughout your events?:
I am not too good at debriefings, but I can brief and direct players well.

Scenarios:
An event doesn't go to plan and General Grievous is crushed by an elevator. Players are laughing at you. What do you do?
First have a small laugh, while ordering the troops to set up a defensive perimeter around the building/ area then ask a staff member to set him back up while I spawn a few waves of enemies, saying they have tracked us down, then resume the event when Grievous is operational again to continue the event, to blend that small error into the event spawning small squads of enemies until they reach there next target.

Players and a few staff members are complaining about the amount of lag they're dealing with during your event. How do you resolve this?
Inform that there is an “item of interest” around the area while I have a fellow EM put a small data node somewhere on the location, while that’s happening I check the logs (net_graph 4, in console) to check what is causing the lag spike then quickly solve the issue by cleaning the map and any unused entities.

Your application has the makings of a good EM, I just can't avoid seeing the hypocritisms in your application.

Your first scenario you stated you would just bring back grevious and having them attack the next target, but in your "What makes you different" question you talked about blending it into the event.

Would it not be better based on your answers to have him be capture or destroy the elevator and have him appear under it? 

Your confidence in breifings though should have no constilations due to the commanders being more responsible for this in my opinion.
